Personal Training
Each client is unique and every day is different. With time and attention, the client and I become a team. From Pilates to boxing and massage to nutrition I provide it all. The real challenge and fun part is figuring out the needs of the individual on each specific day. My clients are dedicated to a healthy lifestyle, are in tune with their bodies and enjoy setting aside time for their wellness. My goal is to move the body through all ranges to maintain and improve movement. Communication between the client, their body and myself is the most important component of the session.
In a field that is saturated by personal trainers, what makes me unique is my ability to assess the muscular system for imbalances that can present challenges for the traditional exercise program. I use Muscle Activation Techniques with clients to identify slow twitch muscle fiber dysfunction that may be creating imbalances and compensation patterns in the body. These patterns, when left untreated can lead to discomfort and other side effects from exercise.
My clients experience a higher level of attention to detail during their sessions.
