Beverly has been speaking for groups since she was in highschool.  Her passion about the mind & the body comes out through her voice.  She enjoys reaching her audience through stories, pictures & hands on activities.  Beverly brings a combination of teaching group fitness and lecturing at the college into her group presentations to leave people with an action plan!
