I have worked with skiers for the past eight years, delivered workshops and written articles about downhill skiing fitness programming. I learned to ski (slide) on the icy mountains of Pennsylvania and have been downhill skiing all over the country for 18 years. I love the snow, the sport, studying movement and sharing with other passionate people!
