A yoga studio space with a skeleton model being used for a yoga anatomy workshop. There are fairy lights around a blackboard or backdrop, yoga mats, notebooks, water bottles and artistic items being used to teach anatomy.

In these classes we practice:

I got to participate in a 6-week restorative motion class that Bev taught. The class was welcoming, organized, relaxing, and truly useful. Bev gave excellent cues and clearly explained the purpose of each stretch-range of motion, muscle, fascia, etc. She also incorporated all five senses into each class which was a cool feature! By repeating the sequence each week, I could gauge my progress. Definitely recommend!
