Sometimes we need somebody to help us be accountable and offer suggestions when we get stuck. Bev brings experience from 20 years of working with people on health and fitness goals and teaching students about human anatomy and physiology. You choose the goals and we work together to help you meet them in a way that feels good for you, making adjustments along the way.
