Integrative Anatomy for Body Workers - Bozeman 2026
Integrative Anatomy for Body Workers
This weekend workshop provides attendees the opportunity to deepen anatomy knowledge and enhance skills with bodywork using methods that merge anatomy, body awareness and kinesiology together. At the end of this course, therapists, trainers and practitioners will be more connected with muscles through palpation and movement in a thorough, integrated manner - applying anatomy knowledge with confidence to their practice with clients.
Course Objectives
Palpate, explore and color on the body, bringing the muscles to the surface and accurately seeing how they move.
Apply clay to model skeletons, experiencing the muscles in 3-D.
Evaluate joint range of motion, considering muscle involvement to broaden your understanding.
Explore exercises, stretches, and self-care techniques to nurture and restore your system, integrating the material in a meaningful way.
