Restorative Motion Bedtime Routine - Jaw, Head & Neck

Transitioning our systems from waking to sleep and sleep to waking in an efficient and effective manner is so beneficial for our well-being This is something I work on with clients and people in my classes. The right simple practices for a person have a huge impact.

Try this simple yet powerful series before sleep to settle your nervous system and relax a tight or clenched jaw. Take what you like and leave the rest.

Remember that tension can also come from the nervous system and channels that are stuck. This is why I love somatic work.
