Bev has been teaching anatomy since 2007. She has shared her passion for the human body in community college courses, personal trainer workshops, as fitness conventions, for yoga teacher trainings, with Pilates professionals, at Massage schools, for groups of fitness trainers at gyms around the country, online and privately when she works with Restorative Motion clients.

Bev offers live workshops and two online courses, one for all bodywork and movement professionals and another made specifically for Pilates Instructors with Master Trainer, Sara Grout.

Having Beverly teach the anatomy portion of my yoga teacher training was an incredible gift to both me and my students. Her depth of knowledge about the human body is truly extraordinary, and she brings that expertise to life by connecting it seamlessly with the practice and philosophy of yoga.

As both an avid yoga practitioner and a highly skilled educator, Beverly has a rare ability to make complex anatomical concepts engaging, clear, and immediately applicable. She presents information in a way that resonates with students of all levels, helping them not only understand anatomy but truly feel it in their practice.

Her warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism created such a positive and inspiring learning environment. Beverly’s contribution elevated our entire training experience — leaving our group more informed, confident, and deeply connected to the intelligent design of the body. I’m so grateful to have had her as part of our program and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any yoga school or teacher training looking to enrich their anatomy curriculum.
