*Examine movement through real time scenarios in your own body.

If you:

• learned anatomy in school but want more depth, to peel back the layers

• want to feel confident and embodied about the muscles are and how they move

• appreciate education that is engaging and fun

This class is for bodyworkers and anyone who has a foundation in anatomy but is looking to elevate their understanding. We palpate the muscles on each other to feel the locations, build them with clay and/or color them on the body to see the layers and explore range of motion on each other to understand how the muscles work together in real life scenarios that each student’s own body brings into the classroom.
