21 is the magic number!

We did it!  Dave is writing on post-it number 21!!!  Why 21??  Experts agree that it takes 21 days consistently to change a habit, or in this case to create a habit.  We were creating the habit of gratitude and focusing on the positive aspects of each day.  Rather than try to break a bad habit (which could be focusing on the negative, complaining, whining, etc.) create a habit that can replace it!

It was a great 3 weeks and fun to read each others post-it notes.  Leave me a comment below of how you stay grateful or about an activity you do in your home to create positive vibes!
